Terms and Conditions Using the qqclub Platform

This document outlines the terms that are binding on all users of the qqclub platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and QQClub ("Platform"). By creating an account or using any service on our platform, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above and agree to comply with all terms herein.

1 Account Eligibility & Registration

Access to the qqclub platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. Registrations that do not meet these requirements may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

  • Users must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. QQClub reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
  • Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed, with balances either refunded or forfeited depending on the circumstances.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations in their region of residence.
  • Registration using false information, another person's identity, or manipulated documents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

KYC Process: QQClub conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process for all new users. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other documents as part of this process before your first withdrawal is processed.

2 User Account & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your qqclub account. While our platform provides robust security infrastructure, account usage remains the sole responsibility of the account holder.

  • Your account password must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
  • QQClub will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, ignore it and report it to our support team.
  • Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been conducted by you personally, unless you have reported theft or unauthorised access to us within a reasonable time.
  • QQClub reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account if suspicious or unusual activity is detected, in order to protect the user's assets.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

QQClub supports a wide range of local payment methods including bank transfers, DuitNow, FPX, and digital wallets for the convenience of members across Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms.

  • Minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. No maximum limit is set for standard deposits; however, high-value transactions may require additional verification.
  • Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days once verification is complete. Applicants who have completed the full KYC process will benefit from faster processing.
  • QQClub reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC or transaction verification process is completed. This is a protective measure, not a penalty.
  • Funds deposited through unauthorised channels or using third-party accounts will be forfeited. All deposits must be made from an account in your own name.
  • QQClub does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Warning: Any attempt to conduct money laundering or fraudulent transactions through the QQClub platform will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

QQClub offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to reward member loyalty. Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the terms of the relevant promotion.

  • Bonuses are credited only to eligible accounts based on each promotion's terms. qqclub reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time with appropriate notice.
  • The wagering rollover requirement must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted. This requirement varies between promotions and is clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
  • Promotion abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or deliberate hedging strategies — will result in bonus cancellation and the account being subject to review.
  • The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members who register and make their first deposit. Only one claim is permitted per household or device.

5 Wagering & Game Rules

All bets placed on QQClub are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bets before confirming.

  • QQClub uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness across all casino games. Game outcomes cannot be disputed on the grounds of "bad luck" alone.
  • Bets placed during technical disruptions or odds display errors will be voided and stakes refunded. QQClub reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds.
  • Users are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform. Such violations will result in immediate account closure.
  • In Sports Betting, official results recognised by the relevant sporting authority are final. Appeals regarding sports results will not be entertained.

6 Data Security & Privacy

QQClub is committed to protecting the personal data of all users. All information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection legislation.

  • All personal data and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption technology. No unauthorised third party can access this information.
  • QQClub will not sell, transfer, or disclose users' personal data to third parties without user consent, except where required by law.

7 Player Responsibility & Responsible Gaming

  • Users are solely responsible for their betting decisions. qqclub is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity.
  • Self-management tools are available to all members, including daily/weekly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and a self-exclusion option that can be activated directly through your account settings.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

QQClub reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under certain circumstances. Likewise, users are free to close their account at any time.

  • Accounts may be temporarily suspended for review if we detect suspicious activity, including fraudulent behaviour, use of multiple accounts, or bonus abuse.
  • Permanent account closure will be carried out if fraud, money laundering, or serious breaches of terms are proven. Valid balances will be returned once the review is complete.
  • Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. qqclub reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts that carry a balance.

9 qqclub Liability Limits

While QQClub continuously strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, there are certain limits to the liability we assume.

  • QQClub is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
  • In the event of a technical error affecting a game or bet, qqclub reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and refund the funds. No additional compensation will be provided.
  • The QQClub platform is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free of bugs or disruptions at all times, though we continuously strive toward that goal.

Betting results that have been processed and confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled or altered at a user's request once the bet is settled.

10 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws

QQClub reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

  • Any changes to the Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • In the event of significant changes, qqclub will endeavour to notify users via a notice on the website or through their user account.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where QQClub is registered and operates. Any disputes will be resolved through channels designated by the relevant authority.
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
